Interview Process

• Application
• Interview (30 min with HR and 60 to 90 min with 2 members of our team)
• Decision (asap)

You need to know that:

• The interview session with us is not an exam. Our goal is to understand if we are a fit for each other.
• The decision on our side is purely on what works for Softup only! You should not consider that as a judgement of your skillset.
